Shipping Policy

This page outlines how Breathe® orders are shipped, when you can expect delivery, and how to track your package.
1. Where We Ship
Breathe is currently shipped to addresses within the United States, as well as to select international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most of the European Union. If you are unsure whether your country is supported, please reach out to support@herbalteatherapy.com before placing an order.
2. Shipping Costs
- 1-bottle order: a small shipping & handling fee is applied at checkout (currently $9.99 within the U.S.)
- 3-bottle order: free standard shipping within the United States
- 6-bottle order: free standard shipping within the United States, plus four bonus digital resources
- International orders: shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination
3. Order Processing
Most orders are processed and dispatched from the fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: typically 5 to 7 business days after dispatch
- Canada: typically 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom & EU: typically 10 to 15 business days after dispatch
- Australia & New Zealand: typically 12 to 18 business days after dispatch
These windows are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier load, customs processing (for international orders), and local postal conditions.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves the warehouse, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting support.
6. Customs & Duties (International)
International customers are responsible for any customs, import duties or VAT applied by their own country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We are unable to control or predict these charges, as they vary by country.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact support@herbalteatherapy.com with your order number. The support team will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
8. Wrong Address
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, please email support immediately. Once an order has left the fulfillment center it may not be possible to redirect, but we will do our best to assist.
