Every order of Breathe® placed through the official checkout is backed by a 180-day satisfaction promise. This page explains how the promise works.
1. 180-Day Satisfaction Window
You have 180 days from the original date of purchase to request a refund of the product cost. That is roughly six full months — enough time to use the drops consistently for the cumulative window recommended for botanical formulas.
2. Eligibility
The satisfaction promise applies to:
- Orders placed through the official Breathe order page
- Within 180 days of the original purchase date
- Whether bottles are empty, partially used or unopened
3. How to Request a Refund
To begin a refund request, simply contact the support team at support@herbalteatherapy.com with:
- Your full name on the original order
- The order number or the email address used to place the order
- A short note indicating you would like to use your 180-day satisfaction promise
The support team will reply with simple return instructions. There are no trick questions, no satisfaction surveys, and no obligation to explain your reasons.
4. What the Refund Covers
The refund covers the original product price. Original shipping fees (where applicable) and any return shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
5. Processing Time
Once the returned bottles arrive at the fulfillment center, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. The exact time funds appear back in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Bonuses Are Yours to Keep
Any digital bonus resources included with your order — such as ebooks or guides — are yours to keep, even after a refund.
